Red Tie Front Top, Blue High Waist Denim

This red tie front top is one my favorite new buys. You can buy here. It’s such a gorgeous print. The shorts, I’ve had those for a while. They’re from American Apparel and are my best fitting piece of denim.

I’ve been spending a good bit of time thinking about how to craft my living space into one that feels like me. I have such a thing for interiors, and in America it really doesn’t cost too much to do up a place.

When we were photographing this, my roommate and I were thinking of how to bring more context into my photos so that you seeing them can get a sense of who I am. I think we’re getting there.

It’s become a primary color heavy space which wasn’t at all intentional, but I guess what you’re naturally drawn to will take over. I also have such a thing for plants in a space, it just feels very calming and homey.

I also have a couple of my learning-to-paint paintings sprinkled around. They’re not at all good- I’m much better with graphite but they’re a part of my learning about myself and really do tie the space together. How do you guys like it?
