Red Wrap Dress for Spring

I felt like a red wrap dress outfit was the best look to announce my new direction in. It’s daring, fun and elegant, and those are the things I want you to associate with theexpatmannequin.

I have been wanting to do a blog revamp for a while now, but was always delaying taking the plunge. When I started this blog, I knew that I wanted it to be aspirational. I wanted it to always leave the reader feeling inspired and feeling as though they had the capacity to create their best life.

I think because of how rooted my life is in my faith, it’s easy for me to think certain things are possible for me that women who look like me and come from similar backgrounds to mine aren’t always taught to. I wanted this blog to represent the possibility for a full, rich life, through my love for my skin/body and the different experiences  I have -I’ve had varying success at achieving that- but I think this new layout definitely is me taking a step in the right direction.

I’m working on producing more intentionalTM (shoutout to Jay) content, and in general living a more considered life. There will be much more fashion content coming up, some beauty and maybe some lifestyle too. Basically, the workings of a 20 something year old creating her best life. I hope you all enjoy the journey with me.
