What I Wear : Flatforms…or platforms?

Hello there,

So if you follow my Instagram you might have noticed that my bio says I love cross body bags and Flatforms.

The real deal is, I never used to own a pair of Flatforms but I always liked the way they looked, and Jen from Clothes Encounters on YouTube has a ton of them and styles them incredibly well.

I thought they looked really comfortable and were a good way to add some height without running the risk of falling on your face. (I am terrible at walking in heels)

The great news is, all I thought they were, they actually are.

I found these when I was away for the summer and knew I had to have them. Also, there was some sort of country wide sales going on so I got them for about half off #bargain.

These are my favourite ones, I mean look at them.

I thought they would look really good with high waisted mom shorts (I’m looking to get a pair of those so please let me know if you know where I can find some), or a midi skirt, or a tshirt dress with a cross body bag. Basically, all of the summer goodness.

These I love and can’t wait to wear in the fall. With tights or jeans and a long coat over them these will look so bad, I’m just excited thinking about it.

I love the open toe because I like to wear socks with shoes like these; I just really like how that looks, a sock colour that matches something in what you’re wearing. The gold buckle also really spices it up so you can wear these with fancy clothes or everyday clothes. These are really cute.

These I got because I wanted to get platform sneakers but these are nicer looking. I think I’m still going to get the regular platform sneakers but these are  a neat pair to have.
Those were my splurges while abroad, I also got some necklaces and a bag that I will feature at some point. I can’t wait to style these tho.
